The 1912 Club, named after the year of its founding, is a private golf course & country club located in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA.

The 1912 Club is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused candidate to manage all pool coordination and personnel.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Supervise lifeguards, pool members, pool events, and other activities
• Prepares all work schedules for employees making sure a lifeguard is "on duty" at all times the pool is open
• Responsible for the security of the pool
• Supervise operation of filtration system and health requirements of chlorination and PH acidity levels in the water
• Direct cleaning of the pool and upkeep of all pool equipment and facilities, pool furniture and restrooms
• Generally oversee all pool operations and personnel
• Enforce club rules of safety and conduct
• Maintain and keep all necessary records concerning pool attendance, pool chemicals, accident reports, schedules, time cards, etc.

Qualifications:

• Must be a certified lifeguard and certified in first aid and lifesaving courses
• Working knowledge of pool maintenance
• Good leadership, communication and people skills required.
• Must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a related position

Typical Work Schedule:

Wednesday: 11 - 7

Thursday: 11 - 7

Friday: 12 - 8

Saturday: 12 - 8

Sunday: 12 - 7

( 1 hour at home to do the scheduling)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Every weekend
• Holidays
